For its 20th anniversary issue, Saveur Magazine has created a list of 100 noteworthy food stories, combining their 2014 annual best-of picks with a look back at their favorite things from the last 20 years of publication. We were excited to learn that our 9" frying skillet would be appearing among those being honored in the Saveur 100 - and then even more so to host the magazine in our shop to record a video of our process! Check out the below for a peek into our workshop to see what goes into making each of our skillets by hand.
