In 2025 we had an 85% return customer rate. On the one hand - how incredible! We are so fortunate to have built up such a supportive community. You think of us time and again to celebrate milestones in your loved ones’ lives and to invest in your own kitchens with us.
That number also tells us, though, that our audience is not growing. These skillets and Dutch ovens will last a lifetime, and we can’t rest on repeat business (again, thank you!!) to keep us going for another 15 years.
We are hoping that you can help us with this! Our Furnace Friends Thank You program allows you to refer a friend to Borough Furnace cookware. They’ll get a $25 coupon, and you’ll get a coupon for the same if they make a purchase. A finders fee, if you will!
As I am writing this, most of our products have a 4-6 week lead time. We’ve lost most of 2026 so far to the flu, today being the first day we have both kids at school and are both able to work ourselves. We are forever trying to work our timeframes down, but then life happens! No one wants to wait, but this can be what it means to buy from real people, grounded in a time-consuming craft process. - Toggle back to the Rewards home screen. You may need to re-click the link on the website header
- In the pop-up, scroll down to “Refer a Friend” - it will provide you with a custom link to email a friend, or copy and paste it yourself
- When they click on the link, a pop-up will ask them to claim their $25 coupon
- Your coupon will be automatically added to your Furnace Friends profile when they use it!
