Made by hand from 100% recycled iron, each griddle is cast, sanded smooth and seasoned by John + Liz in our Owego, NY workshop.
At over 3/8” (10mm) thick, the Pizza Griddle helps regulate oven temp and provides plenty of thermal mass for quickly baking pizzas and artisan breads in your home oven.
A 15” cook surface provides ample room for a generous pie. The griddle’s circle has a flat edge at one point so that it can fit a standard gas grill. Store it upright on the countertop or file it with your cutting boards when not in use and it won’t roll away.

Made for high performance cooking. In addition to providing the perfect surface for at-home pizza, it can be used on a grill or over live fire as a griddle or plancha. It has a subtle rolled edge, low enough to easily accommodate a pizza peel, but that holds back drips for other styles of cooking. The profile on the edge also provides a finger hold when moving this hoss around.

Finished with purpose. Hand sanded smooth, our cast iron is a pleasure to cook with and to handle. We apply a light micro-texture to the surface after finishing for optimal oil adhesion. It is robust seasoning, not a machined smooth surface finish, that makes cast iron nonstick!

Seasoned to perfection. Pre-seasoned three times with organic flax seed oil (Kosher certified), our cookware is primed for use right out of the box. The deep color of our factory seasoning is evidence of a cook surface that will hold seasoning easily - and it only gets better the more you use it.
