Our 5.5 quart dutch oven is big enough for a one-pot family meal. Coated in a semi-gloss porcelain enamel, it has all of the heat-retention benefits of cast iron, but with an easy to clean surface that you can cook anything on.

The only Enameled Cast Iron 100% made in the USA, made here in our NY workshop!

  • Built to last. No glued-on or screwed-on parts. The tight-fitting lid is cast in one piece with no knob to melt or come loose.

  • Designed for movement. Larger handles make it easy to transfer from stovetop to oven. The generous lid handle is solid and comfortable, even under a bulky oven mitt.

  • Made for high performance cooking. Thicker cast iron heats evenly and stays hot. Pips on the underside of the lid work to baste your food as it cooks. Induction ready and oven safe to 800°.

  • Finished with purpose. Semi-gloss enamel finish is easy to clean and stain resistant. Our custom enamel formula is lightly textured for optimal searing and browning.

  • Lead free, Cadmium Free, and free of PFOA & PFAS

  • 100% US-made. No imported parts or materials.

Our porcelain enamel formula is produced in the US and adheres to strict environmental standards. No non-stick coatings to wear away and leach into your food, no dangerous pigments, just cast iron and porcelain enamel.

Each Dutch oven will have slight variations in appearance due to its hand finishing.

Q: Do you plan to come out with more colors in the future?

A: We are exploring it! Many pigments are made with harmful substances such as lead and cadmium. It's important to us that all of our offerings are safe for you at home, but also for our workers and our environment.

Q: Do you plan to enamel your skillets?

A: We have some new enameled offerings coming up! Please sign up for our mailing list to learn more.
