We will gladly accept returns on any unused products within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be initiated within 5 business days of receiving the item in original condition. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to discuss a return. All international sales are final.
In the rare instance that an item is damaged in shipping, the customer must get in touch within 5 days of receipt for a replacement.
In the event that a delivery is confirmed as delivered, but was not received, we can support you through a claims process with the carrier. If you have concerns about your delivery location, we can send any shipment with a signature requirement at no additional cost.
Cancellations requested prior to the scheduled ship date on pre-ordered items will be subject to a 5% fee to cover transaction costs.
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in workmanship and will replace any item found to be defective, with proof of original purchase. For seasoned cast iron products, it is expected that the color of the seasoning will change with use and any variations in the color are not to be viewed as defects. We can help you on your seasoning journey if you have questions about this!
In the event that something not easily repairable befalls your seasoning (a silicone spatula melts into the surface, for instance) we can restore it to new condition at no cost beyond the shipping. Cast iron is brittle and there is always some risk when shipping a skillet in the mail, so if we can walk you through the restoration at home, that is everyone’s best bet.
