We will gladly accept returns on any unused products within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. A refund will be initiated within 10 business days of receiving the item in original condition. Please reach out to us at email@example.com to discuss a return. Beyond 30 days, unused items in original condition can be returned for store credit.
In the rare instance that an item is damaged in shipping, the customer must get in touch within 5 days of receipt for a replacement.
In the event that a delivery is confirmed as delivered, but was not received, we can support you through a claims process with the carrier. Please do not initiate a claim without contacting us first.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Purchases made by gift card can be returned for store credit.
All international orders are final sale. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes or duties charged by their home country upon delivery. It is against the law for us to misrepresent the contents or value of a shipment - please do not ask us to do this.
In the event that a package is refused at delivery due to import costs, we will refund the order less shipping and any return shipping costs incurred once we receive it in original condition.
We guarantee our products to be free of defects in workmanship and will replace any item found to be defective, with proof of original purchase. For seasoned cast iron products, it is expected that the color of the seasoning will change with use and any variations in the color are not to be viewed as defects. We can help you on your seasoning journey if you have questions about this!
In the event that something not easily repairable befalls your seasoning (a silicone spatula melts into the surface, for instance) we can restore it to new condition at no cost beyond the shipping. Cast iron is brittle and there is always some risk when shipping a skillet in the mail, so if we can walk you through the restoration at home, that is everyone’s best bet.
